CELEBRATING 109 YEARS!

Svenskarnas Dag is the Midwest's oldest Midsummer festival, dating back to 1911. Swedish Day is held on the 3rd Sunday of June  at Good Templar Park, 528 East Side Drive, Geneva, IL 60134. 

This ethnic festival, organized by the Swedish Day Committee of  IOGT, has entertained the Fox Valley area for generations.


Admission is $5 for adults, children 14 years old and younger are free!

Enjoy our delicious Swedish Pancakes, Swedish Meatballs, Herring, Hamburgers & Hotdogs, Sloppy Joes, and more. Food will be served from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Worship Service at 10:00 am

Viking Reenactment at 11:00 am. 

Maypole Raising & Dancing at Noon

Viking Reenactment at 1:00 pm,

Nordic Dancers at 2:00 pm.

Event opens at 9:00 am and Closes at 4:00 pm.
